Bug reports — screenshots and the level number help.
Puzzle quality feedback — a level that felt unfair, ambiguous, or particularly satisfying.
Feature ideas — new mechanics, new modes, leaderboard tweaks.
Localization — we ship in English, Turkish, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, and Arabic. If a translation reads strangely in your language, let us know.
Account deletion / data export — per KVKK/GDPR, we honor these within 7 days.
Partnership and press — sponsorship, written features, podcast appearances.
What we can't help with
We're a small independent project, so:
We can't moderate offline behavior between players. If someone harassed you in a chat outside Solvix, we have no jurisdiction.
We can't change your ranked ELO rating outside of completed matches.
We can't recover puzzle progress for guests — sign in to keep it across sessions.
Who we are
PlaySolvix is built and maintained by a small independent team. We're not part of a larger studio, we don't take outside investment, and the project is self-funded. That means feedback you send actually lands on the desk of someone who can do something about it.
