These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PlaySolvix ("Service"), operated at playsolvix.com. By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
You may use Solvix if you are at least 13 years old. By using the Service you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or guardian's permission.
You can play without an account. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done under your account. Don't share your account. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms.

Sparks are an in-game currency with no real-world monetary value. They are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. Earned sparks may be revoked if obtained through bugs, exploits, or violations of these Terms.
All game code, art, puzzle generators, branding, and original content on the Service are owned by PlaySolvix or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of the Service for its intended purpose (playing) is permitted.
By submitting content (such as a username) you grant PlaySolvix a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for the purpose of operating the Service (for example, displaying your username on a public leaderboard).
The Service uses third-party providers including Google AdSense (advertising), Supabase (backend), and Vercel (hosting). Use of the Service is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of those providers.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that puzzle results will always be accurate. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlaySolvix and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including loss of data, loss of progress, or loss of enjoyment.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, but provisions that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Istanbul, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country require otherwise.
