This Privacy Policy explains how PlaySolvix ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the website at playsolvix.com. We keep data collection minimal, transparent, and aligned with both the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Account information (only if you sign in). Your email address (from Google or email sign-up), a username you choose, and an automatically generated user ID. We do not store your Google password. If you use email/password sign-up, the password is hashed and stored by our authentication provider (Supabase), never visible to us in plain text.
Gameplay data. Your puzzle completion times, levels you've finished, sparks earned, ELO rating (if you play ranked matches), and match history. This data is stored in our database so you can resume across devices.
Anonymous analytics. Page views, session duration, device type, country (at the country level only, never finer). We use this to understand which game modes are popular and to detect outages. We use Vercel Analytics, which by default does not use cookies and does not track individuals.
Advertising data. If you see ads, Google AdSense may collect anonymous information for ad serving. See the Google AdSense section below.
We do not sell your information, share it with data brokers, or use it for behavioral profiling outside the Service.
We use Google AdSense to serve advertisements that help fund the Service. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting google.com/settings/ads or aboutads.info/choices.
For users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we display a consent banner before activating personalized ads, in compliance with the EU User Consent Policy.

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account, all associated personal data is removed within 7 days. Aggregated, anonymized data (which cannot be tied back to you) may be retained for analytics.

Solvix is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
We use HTTPS everywhere, hash passwords before storing them, and minimize the data we collect. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care. In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify affected users within 72 hours as required by GDPR.
Our hosting (Vercel) and database (Supabase) are based in the United States. By using Solvix, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in countries that may have different data-protection laws than your country of residence.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
